Symptoms

LTO drive has disappeared and we are unable to see the drive details in SL console

Log symptoms :

1118 - (46X)
No drive installed at address, hliLsm=2 address=(Drive_Bay32)1,3,-2,1,1
(Errors Started - 2014-09-04 00:12:48 Errors Stopped - 2014-09-05 15:24:06)

1301 - (2X)
Device response time-out, request=  getState  Internal   1,3,-2,1,1    address = Drive_Bay32(1,3,-2,1,1)
Device response time-out, request=  controlPower  Internal   1,3,-2,1,1  on    address = Drive_Bay32(1,3,-2,1,1)
