Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance: iSCSI LUNs Are Not Seen by Client Systems (Doc ID 1932633.1)

Symptoms

In a clustered ZFS Storage Appliance (ZFSSA) array with one pool imported on each head, new iSCSI LUNs were created on one pool (pool-0).  Some other iSCSI LUNs are created on the other pool (pool-1).  There are 2 target IQNs, one created to be associated with each pool.  The new iSCSI LUNs have the same Host Group and Target Group as the other iSCSI LUNs, except for the the one iSCSI LUN that had default Host Group (All) and Target Group (All).  This iSCSI LUN was LUN 44.

On the OVM clients, the new iSCSI LUNs were not discovered (new LUNs started at LUN 45).
