SDP2 - "No Logs Retrieved" for Tape Drives via ASR Portal, Why and Workaround. (Doc ID 1932686.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


 ASR portal, failed log collection with error message of "No Logs Retrieved" for tape drives.

 Message may contain the following:
 "Log collection was requested from the T10000D tape drive. The request failed and the below error was seen:
  ASR Update: ASR asset not_applicable, T10000D is enabled for automated diagnostics. However the diagnostics upload process has failed. Error: No logs were retrieved.


 New SDP2 server install or reinstall.
 SDP2 server was upgraded and old logs were cleaned out.
 New drive install or recently replaced.
