Information in this document applies to any platform.
ASR portal, failed log collection with error message of "No Logs Retrieved" for tape drives.
Message may contain the following:
"Log collection was requested from the T10000D tape drive. The request failed and the below error was seen:
ASR Update: ASR asset not_applicable, T10000D is enabled for automated diagnostics. However the diagnostics upload process has failed. Error: No logs were retrieved."
New SDP2 server install or reinstall.
SDP2 server was upgraded and old logs were cleaned out.
New drive install or recently replaced.
