Goal

How to run production while a VLE is being upgraded with new code.

Customer had two VLEs in different locations and made VTV copies in each. When the VLE needed to be upgraded they noticed that VTVs were not being released from the VTSS after they were Dismounted and Migration Pending was the status of the VTV. They wanted a way to continue to run production with one VLE down for upgrade with Migration completed so the VTV would be released from the VTSS with Migration Complete Status.
