Getting 'IOS002A nnnn,NO PATHS AVAILABLE' Messages When Initializing SMC 7.2 (Doc ID 1940664.1)

Symptoms

The devices in the IOS002A messages are genned but not do physically exist (overgenned).

When the SMC task is started, the message "NO PATHS AVAILABLE" is displaying highlighted and non-scrollable on the z/OS console for drive addresses that are no longer physically connected.

Changes

Upgraded to ELS 7.2.
