If cfgadm can see the target but no luns are listed in cfgadm then issue is in storage array (Doc ID 1941120.1)

Symptoms

The output of "cfgadm -al -o show_FCP_dev" shows FC HBA port LUNs in failed condition.

Changes

LUN(s) mapped to FC HBA port no longer seen.

Example:

Originally,LUN 1 and 2 were seen:
