T3/T4/T5 Servers: Service Processor Network connectivity lost without auto negotiation on Ethernet port (Doc ID 1944663.1)

Symptoms

The Server's Service Processor (SP) is not accessible over the network management port, neither via
ssh (Command Line Interface) nor via (HTTP / Browser Interface).
The SP can still be accessed via the serial management port, though.

This behaviour has been observed mainly on the T5-x Servers, but may also occur on the T3/T4 Series Servers.
