x4-2l server with 4xF80

A lot's of intel_iommu1 error messages are issued on the console during fast reboot and after boot some processes hang.

Example messages:

If a full reboot (reboot -p) is then done the server comes up clean.

Upgrade to S11.2 SRU 1 to 4
