Attaching ZFSVolume To OpenStack Instance Failed (Doc ID 1949234.1)

Goal

When attaching an empty volume to an instance, it shows volume being attached to /dev/sdb without any error report. But the volume keeps no attach status after the operation.

Logfile application-openstack-nova-nova-compute:default.log shows this error:
