Symptoms
The number of RTDs used for auto and immediate migrations reduce over time.
Migrations show as waiting (e.g. in the response to Display MIG DET command), but do not get scheduled.
The Display MIGrate DETail (D MIG DET) command shows more active migration tasks than are actually in use for migration.
Backlog of VTVs in the auto migration queue.
Backlog of VTVs in the immediate migration queue.
DBU can climb above the HAMT.
VTSS buffer climbs above the migration threshold or possibly fills up.
The amount of wait time for migrations increases over time.
