Ops Center: Upgrading Ops Center EC to 12.2 U2 will fail when EM CC agent installed or another Oracle database installed (Doc ID 1954905.1)

Enterprise Manager Ops Center - Version 12cR2 (12.2) and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Failing conditions :
Customers that have an EM CC agent installed on the Ops Center EC
Customers that have an Oracle local database installed on the Ops Center EC other than the Ops Center embedded database.


 Upgrade to 12.2.2 fails
 From the upgrade logs we see the script failing with the error
