When logging into Gnome desktop, gnome-volume-control-applet/pulseaudio create/use /tmp/.SHMDpulse-shm-* file
which is a shared memory object and the size is 64MB by default.

Usually the file is removed and re-created on user's next login. But due to some reason, the file could not be
deleted and remain in /tmp.

Goal

 This document explains how to delete /tmp/.SHMDpulse-shm-* file safely, how to change the size or how to prevent
the file creation.
