STA = Storagetek Tape Analytics
AEM = Access Expansion Module
CAP = Cartridge Access Port

Symptoms

In an SL3000 and SL8500 partitioned library, being monitored by STA, an issue has been reported that can impact the traps being sent back to STA and the Slot counts being reported in STA related to both rotational and AEM CAPs.
