Issues With an ODA Upgrade to 12c Failing with Messages Indicating Wrong Password for the Grid User

Updating ODA from 188.8.131.52.0 to 184.108.40.206.0.
Infra has been successfully patched using the Patch README steps
After a successful reboot of both nodes and following command has been run (from node 1) 'oakcli update -patch 220.127.116.11.0 --gi'
the command seems to complete successfully, except for setting up SSH for grid (to node 1).
Patching on node 0 appears to have completed successfully.
However, it seems there is a problem using the wrong password for grid user on node 1 (the second node).
Upgrade of GI on any 18.104.22.168 or higher version of the ODA
