Symptoms
Loss of Functionality
Alarms are not being cleared automatically for STP.
Sequence of Events
Alarms appear and clear on Eventviewer with correct clearance event.
However; recently the alarms are now being cleared via resync only.
Customer Impact
Events cleared as Resync mean that the actual clearance time is not shown but the time when the alarm has been cleared by resync. This creates problems for teams focusing on alarms and their clearance.
What is Working
Alarm appearance and clearance for other STPs is working fine.
Alarm appearance and clearance for problematic several STP via resync is working fine.
What is the expected or acceptable result?
Alarms appear and clear on Eventviewer with correct clearance event.
