"Session Failed: Terminal Services License Storage Unavailable" Reported When Launching Windows Application In Secure Global Desktop (Doc ID 1968556.1)

After launching a Windows application from a Windows client using Secure Global Desktop (SGD), the following error is reported:



If the user, from the same Windows client attempts to logging in directly to the same Windows Terminal server configured for SGD using a RDP client e.g Microsoft Terminal Services client, the same error is seen.  If the same user using SGD logs in from another Windows client and launches the application, it works fine.  i.e the error is only seen from a specific client as the specific user.
