3.2 Create an OS Provisioning Profile for Oracle Solaris 11 Operating System

Documentation states that if I go to Navigation Pane --> Plan Management --> Profiles and Policies --> OS Provisioning

I should see the Default Profiles and Plans, but the center pane just says "No data"
