Symptoms
Silent mode installer fails during "validateOSRootLogin" reporting the following errors
"Failed to switch to root session." and "OS Root Password is incorrect".
In some cases, 'su - ' or 'su - root' may also fail with an "incorrect password" error.

This issue occurs during the STA 2.1 installation process
