Persistent NFS STALE file handle after file removal from NFS server prevents file re-creation (Doc ID 1987876.1)

Symptoms

a) A file in this case named EFE.FAVT.F2 is created by an application from an NFS-client.
b) The file is deleted - by another client or by a process running on the NFS-server.
c) After that, the application in the client tries to create the file again in the client, with a "touch EFE.FAVT.F2"
d) This operation returns an error Stale NFS file handle
e) An "ls -l EFE.FAVT.F2" in the client produces the same error.
f) The application was running previously on a S10 native environment and was migrated as a branded zone in a server running Solaris 11.1 19.6.  The problem appeared immediately.
