SAM-QFS - During SAM-QFS installation, Solaris 11.2 Java Webconsole Does Not Work (Doc ID 1989066.1)

Symptoms

During SAMqfs installation, we needed to install SAMqfs gui which caused the webconsole to stay in maintenance state and prevented the installation from completing.

Messages from the system-webconsole:console.log:
----------------------------------------------------------------------

[ Feb 27 00:45:27 Executing start method ("/lib/svc/method/svc-webconsole start"). ]
User noaccess is not a valid entity.
...
Exception while starting container instance console: An exception was thrown while executing /var/webconsole/domains/console/conf/wcstart noaccess


From the explorer /var/svc/log for webconsole:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

[ Feb 26 13:25:57 Executing start method ("/lib/svc/method/svc-webconsole start"). ]
Javahelp version must be at least 2.0
[ Feb 26 13:26:05 Method "start" exited with status 95. ]
