Binary DHCP Table Reports Erroneous Size

Symptoms
1. The binary DHCP table reports an incorrect size that could not exist on the file system:
2. The rsync utility fails to copy the file system.
3. Stopping and restarting in.dhcpd did not solve the problem.
4. Restarting the zone makes no difference.
The under lying file system is ZFS, so a "zpool scrub" was proposed.
This did not fix the problem.
DHCP was functioning as expected and was not experiecing any operational issue.
