Goal
Solution
 1. If the Voice Quality issue started after an upgrade from a version < 3.3.80.0.0 to a version >= 3.3.80.0.0
1.1 Make sure you upgrade to the latest version
1.2 Improved skew calculation as of 3.3.80.0.0 may cause OCSM/Palladion to report worse Voice Quality statistics
 2. The jitter buffer size
 More about skew
 Positive/negative skew values
High skew increase - considering the RTP stream gap/re-sync for the Wireshark analysis
Packet rate estimations and issues if delta is too variable
 Versions before 3.3.93.0.0
 Versions starting with 3.3.93.0.0
 3. The time setting
 4. Other causes for packets to get discarded by the Jitter Buffer
