Oracle Secure Global Desktop Starts Successfully but "tarantella status" Reports "NOT ACCEPTING CONNECTIONS" (Doc ID 1992309.1)

Symptoms

After a Secure Global Desktop (SGD) server is started from the command line using "tarantella start", it comes up successfully and reports no errors but the "tarantella status" command shows that the server is not accepting connections e.g.

 

Users are still able to login to the server.

Changes

 AIP Keep Alive attribute has been set to 0, disabling keep alive messages.
