How do I configure SFTP And FTP Bandwidth Limits? (Doc ID 1992353.1)

Is it possible to apply throttling on SFTP and FTP incoming and outgoing file transfer for all users on Solaris in order not to consume network resources and impact live traffic. It is not possible to apply from network side, as server connected to layer2 switch that doesn't support differentiate between ports.

It's needed to apply bandwidth limit on interface ce0 for SFTP and FTP only to be 50 Mbps
