Goal
In Oracle Key Manager (OKM) environments with 9840D tape drives, there have been a variety of failover related issues where tape drives will not receive keys from KMA's within a cluster.
This has been observed when new KMA's are added to the cluster, the 9840D drives will hit the 10 second timeout and not failover to receive keys from the newly added KMA's.
