Exalytics_ImageInfo Not Showing The Expected Version For The RPM Kernel After PS4 Upgrade (Doc ID 1998761.1)

Symptoms

After successfully applying Exalytics Patch PS4 patch to a PS3 production environment, the exalytics_imageinfo command returns the PS3 value (kernel-2.6.32-100.23.1.el5) for the RPM Kernel, instead of the PS4 value (kernel-2.6.18-308.24.1.0.1.el5).

Exalytics_imageinfo returns the following from the client's server:

Image version : 1.0.0.6
Creation timestamp : Day Date Month YEAR HOUR:MIN:SEC
Kernel version : 2.6.32-400.11.1.el5uek
RPM versions:
kernel-uek-2.6.32-400.11.1.el5uek
kernel-2.6.32-100.23.1.el5
exalytics-container-bm-1.0.0.6-64
exalytics-scripts-1.0.0.6-110
exalytics-flash-1.0.0.6-90

while the PS4 Install Guide indicates the values should be:
