Goal

In configurations using the Secure Global Desktop (SGD) Gateway to provide access to SGD server(s), if the SGD Gateway server goes down, direct access to the SGD servers is needed. By default when connecting via the Gateway, this is not possible as the SGD server is configured to only accept connections via the Gateway. This document provides the steps needed to allow direct access to the SGD servers
