Infiniband Switch showunhealthy Message "Flash disk has bad blocks" (Doc ID 2009033.1)

Symptoms

 show unhealthy command gives the following:

#showunhealthy
WARNING Flash disk has bad blocks   <<<<<<
FAILURE - 1 sensors NOT OK

 

env_test output also shows problems with internal disk:

#env_test
(Snipe..)
Starting SSD test:
WARNING Flash disk has bad blocks   <<<<<
SSD test returned 1 faults
Environment test FAILED

 

And, ILOM snapshot shows:
