Symptoms

Users cannot authenticate when connecting to a Samba share

Error on Windows Clients is "The password is invalid for \\Hostname\Share-name."

pdbedit -L command does list the same users as in the smbpasswd file.
It shows users that were added after the issue started in a attempt to correct it.
