Symptoms

This is an M3000 server with Solaris 10 that boots from SAN , server uses FC HBA port /pci@1,70000/pci@0/pci@0/SUNW,qlc@0/ and the boot disk is LUN 1 partition 0 on disk array controller WWN 5001438011XXXXXX
