Symptoms
Installation when using the –J–Djava.io.tmpdir option
does not unzip all files to the user specified directory
i.e ./sta_installer_linux64.bin –J–Djava.io.tmpdir=/Oracle/tmp
The ADF and Weblogic packages will still get extracted to /tmp directory
