Retrieve the ASR Bundle for analysis and further investigation within ASR.

 1.- From ASR Manager run the following script as root user:

- For Versions 4.x.x:
   

- For Versions Versions 5.x.x:
   


In case you don't know what is your current ASR Manager version, follow this steps below.


2.-To determine which version are you running, please execute as root user:
   
This is the default path for ASR version 5.X.X.
   
This is the default path for ASR version 4.X.X.

- If output is: asr script version: (5.x) or (4.x); it means that this is the current version running.
- If output is: ASR Manager is NOT RUNNING.; it means that this version is not current anymore.

3.- Upload the resulting bundle to the SR for review
