MacOS X 10.10 ("Yosemite") Users Report that Mouse Clicks Are Delayed Until Mouse is Moved within Applications Provisioned with Oracle Secure Global Desktop (Doc ID 2022610.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 14, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Secure Global Desktop - Version 4.63 and later
Apple Mac OS X (Intel) (64-bit)

Symptoms

Oracle Secure Global Desktop (SGD) users connecting with clients running MacOS X 10.10 "Yosemite," may find that mouse clicks within SGD applications do not activate correctly until the mouse cursor is moved to other location. In this state, the user can wait several minutes after clicking for a response but nothing will happen until the cursor (mouse) is moved.

This behavior is not seen with previous releases of MacOS X.
