CDR File Is Using The Word "TIMEZONE" Instead Of UTC (Doc ID 2031404.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 16, 2015

Applies to:

Acme Packet 4500 - Version S-Cx6.3.x to S-Cx6.4.x [Release S-Cx6.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

We have noticed in the cdr file that the timestamp is not using the correct timezone in all cdr's. Instead, the word "timezone" is used.

The command "show clock" and "show uptime" are also showing "timezone" instead of UTC.

RIC-SBC02# show clock
23:17:41 TIMEZONE Sun Jun 28 2015
RIC-SBC02#

RIC-SBC02# show uptime
00:09:55 TIMEZONE Mon Jun 29 2015
 - up 341:32:53.012476
RIC-SBC02#

RIC-SBC02# show timezone
TIMEZONE=UTC::0:000000:000000
RIC-SBC02#
