sshd on kerberos client throws error "krb5_verify_init_creds failed: Clock skew too great" (Doc ID 2032528.1)

Purpose

 Collect diagnostic logs when the issue occurs.

 

Even though all local-zones and global zone are kerberos client to same kerberos server, only one of the localzone displays following error.


Mar 12 11:47:17 host1 sshd[12037]: [ID 537602 auth.error] PAM-KRB5 (auth): krb5_verify_init_creds failed: Clock skew too great
Mar 12 11:49:16 host1 sshd[15874]: [ID 537602 auth.error] PAM-KRB5 (auth): krb5_verify_init_creds failed: Clock skew too great
