Symptoms
XCP2250 can cause inappropriate FAN speed changes when the environment temperature changes a few degrees

When a system power on is performed: (1) System power on may fail due to multiple FAN error detection indicating "FAN Speed too low" (2) FAN rotation speed might change to high speed (Level-5) |

(3) FAN rotation speed might change to higher than usual in spite of system power-off state. |
