Last updated on JUNE 13, 2022

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

A "Metric Baseline Deviation" alert is used to receive an alert when a metric/KPI deviates from the average by a certain factor. It requests the server to compare a KPI value now with a KPI value in the past, and raise an alert if the difference is above/below a given value.

For example, receive an alert if a registration KPI increases or decrease. Or a customer might like to receive an alert when the value or Active calls increases suddenly by a specific factor.
