Failed To Login To The Active AP4500 (RIC-SBC01) Via The Radius Authentication Server (Doc ID 2038303.1)

Symptoms

All SSH and SFTP attempts via the radius authentication server have been failing since Friday 15/05/2015. The team supporting the radius server cannot see any attempts while I was trying to login today, and based on the radius server logs, the last attempt was last Friday, 15/05/2015 at around 16:59 NZT.

Access to the standby server RIC-SBC02 is fine, with the radius team confirming attempts can be seen in the radius logs.

Also, SSH and SFTP attempts using "admin" or "user" users are fine. This confirms that something is wrong with the SBC that it cannot send any login attempt to the radius server for authentication.
