SL150 - Degraded After The First Mount of Cleaning Cartridge, 9030,DRIVE_NEEDS_CLEANING (Doc ID 2044820.1)

StorageTek SL150 Modular Tape Library - Version All Versions and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

The firmware version of the drives is "258S" and the firmware version of the SL150 is "2.50".

The tape SL150 is attached exclusively to Oracle Zero Data Loss Recovery appliance.
The connection are using two dedicated switch with 8GBps as throughput.
The SL150's 2 Partition (DD and ZDLRA)


The SL150 library (new) appears to be degraded after the first mount.
The first four drives are showing degraded with status  "Need Cleaning = Yes" after the first usage.

All three clean cartridges appears as "Expired" too. The cleaning cartridges are new and were never used before.
