MVCs Not Dismounted Automatically From RTDs for VTCS 6.2

Symptoms
MVCs are not dismounted automatically from RTDs.
Applied cumulative maintenance for HSC, VTCS, and SMC 6.2 in order to support the microcode update of 7.01 on the SL8500.
After applying the maintenance, all automated mounts and dismounts for MVCs on RTDs stopped.

MVC yyyyyy waiting for MVC MOUNT on RTD xxxx
Another MVC zzzzzz is on unit xxxx but is not dismounted automatically.
Have to issue @mount yyyyyy xxxx, then MVS zzzzzz is dismounted and MVC yyyyyy finally mounted on unit xxxx.
