Drive 572004003640 had MIR_NOT_WRITABLE_AT_UNLOAD tapealert flag on the following tapes:  329635 (x1) 324280 (x1) 300975 (x1) 307831 (x1) 323805 (x1) 314916 (x1) 329346 (x1) 329712 (x1) 329865 (x1) 303349 (x1) 300493 (x1) 302126 (x3) 329634 (x1) tape(s)
Drive 572004003640 took multiple permanent servo head clog type errors.  This drive shows signs of problems with multiple tapes ( 12 ) and should be replaced.

(SA-405) A servo head clog type error occurred on drive dddddddddddd tape vvvvvv FSC ffff. This has been determined to be a drive problem as it has occurred on other tapes in the past.
