Net-Net Central : All Configuration Lost after Password Reset to Default. (Doc ID 2049406.1)

'admin' password got lost and a a password reset to default has been performed using following procedure :

1) Run the /opt/AcmePacket/NNC73M4/bin/bin/shutdownnnc.sh

2) cd /opt/AcmePacket/db/replicated/data
mv UserSecurity.dbxml UserSecurity.dbxml.old

3) restart NNC:
/opt/AcmePacket/NNC73M4/bin/bin/startnnc.sh
(a new UserSecurity.dbxml is generated)

This procedure brought back admin password (of admin and LIadmin) to default. But with this he lost all his configuration as well. If he tries now to add a device or Device Group, he gets error "Failed to add device group, Device Group already exists".

Restore from backup also did not bring back any configuration. Dashboard and summary view shows nothing.
