Old csv Files not Deleted from NNC even if Retention Policy is Applied (Doc ID 2052881.1)

Goal


The issue related to purging of old .csv files from NNC. The version being used is NNC73m4p1. NNC is gathering information (CSV file) from SBC such as fan, registration-realm, ip-ACL-oper, sip-errors and so forth in /home/acmepacket

The retention policy is set as per the Oracle user guide.

Following is the issue/query:

1. Why the older files (few months back) are not deleted?
2. Why does NNC save the CSV files to /home/acmepacket ? Can this be changed to some other directory?
