Symptoms

Upgrade E5-MS 45.0.0, 45.0.1, 46.0.0, 46.0.1 to 46.2.0 on standalone or pair with failover
Problem: Upgrade of primary server failed after replacement of rpm.
Impact: Upgrade fails
