Sun SPARC[TM] Enterprise M4000/M5000: all platform components (MBU and all CHIPs, MEMBs, IOUs) have Status Deconfigured while nothing is Degraded/Faulted

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On M4000/M5000 systems, cases have been observed where all major components as MBU_A, CPUM#-CHIP#, MEMBs, and IOU#0 have been marked as Deconfigured in XSCF view, while nothing is Degraded or Faulty.
In such a scenario, platform domain(s) cannot boot. See the following excerpt from snapshot data:
HW status is Deconfigured or Normal (nothing is Degraded/Faulty). Note that all CHIPs in CPUMs are listed twice in showhardconf output: this is not expected. The applied XCP version in the above case is XCP1081.
