Symptoms

 Some users have been unable to login to Gnome since svc:/application/gconf/multi-user-desktop service was enabled. Gnome login hangs with background image(without gnome-panel, menus, etc.)

Changes

 The problem starts after svc:/application/gconf/multi-user-desktop service is enabled.
