Can not use the same tcp_extra_priv_ports* ndd parameter for setting and retrieval

Symptoms
We are able to set the value to the ndd tcp_extra_priv_ports_add parameter, but not able to retrieve the value. I have listed the actual scenario ran on the server during this parameter setting:

This is observed when setting a value to ndd tcp_extra_priv_ports_add parameter and then trying to read via the same parameter.
