zpool import shows a 'ghost' pool using the same disks as the rpool (Doc ID 2057177.1)

Runing zpool import shows the following error :

So the same disks are used by the rpool, and the invalid data pool.

The OS was installed on a pair of disks previously used for pool "data" on another system.
