ACSLS - ACSLS Not Starting Up Due to Permissions Issue

Symptoms
ACSLS is not coming up.
The ACSLS 8.x acsss_event.log is not logging any messages except for these:

The ACSLS 8.x startup log in /var/svc/log directory shows these errors:

Note:
ACSLS 7.x acsss_event.log may show a different set of errors
Changes
Changes to user and group account information may have adversely affected the /var/tmp/acsls file and directory attribute settings.
