Symptoms

Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) users find that they are not able to connect and login to their Desktops.

After investigation, the VDI Administrator may find out that the VDI server has stopped responding to the RDP Port (3389). You may detect this with telnet on the VDI server:
